What payment methods are accepted?Currently, KadePay accepts most credit card brands, bank account transfers, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and CashApp. Although Cash, Venmo, and Zelle are accepted, we do not process them through the app.

How do I receive payments?Receiving payments with KadePay is a straightforward process. We've teamed up with Stripe , a trusted name in secure online payments, to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Once you've set up your account with us, we'll link it to your bank account through Stripe . Any payments you receive will be automatically deposited into your bank account, without the need for you to handle daily batches or payment amounts manually.

How much are the processing fees?The processing fee varies depending on the payment method. With the Flex-pay feature, KadePay allows you to collect the processing fee from your customers. We calculate the fee and collect it as a Service Fee , so you won't pay the processing fee.

Can I receive Cash?Yes, cash is accepted!

Can my customers pay with Venmo or Zelle?For your convenience, while KadePay does not directly process Venmo and Zelle, we've set up a manual process for our customers to use these popular payment methods. Customers will need to make their payment to the store directly through their Venmo or Zelle app and then upload the payment details to KadePay.

How can I have my staff use KadePay?KadePay is a multi-user application. You can invite your staff and employees to access and operate your store(s) and process payments in your stores. Each user will have a role from Read-only to Manager.

How do I handle subscriptions and recurring payments?We've given you the control to collect subscriptions and create recurring transactions. You can set up weekly, monthly, or yearly recurring transactions as per your needs. To do so, create a bill and set up how frequently the bill should be auto-generated and processed.

Can I save customer's payment information?You may ask your customers for permission to access their payment information (credit card or bank account details) for future processing. If they give you permission, you will be able to process their payment later, when you send them a bill.

Do I receive a 1099 form?KadePay does not send out 1099 forms. If you have a Stripe account, you may receive 1099 from them. Please visit this link to learn how Stripe sends out 1099 forms.

Do I need to pay for a tablet or other equipment to operate with KadePay?When it comes to using KadePay, the choice is yours. You can operate on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone. You can use your phone or tablet to download the app or use your preferred browser for business operations that suit your needs anytime, anywhere.

Do I receive a notification when a payment is received?Yes! We send a notification to your mobile app when customers pay their bills.

Why do some of my customers not receive bills on their phones?If your customers are not receiving text messages from Kade, it might be because they have opted out of receiving messages from our phone number. To reactivate and opt-in again, they must send "UNSTOP" to +1 (888) 543 0117.
