GlossGenius costs vs KadePay: plans, fees and usage
Understand GlossGenius pricing before comparing it with KadePay. Separate the software plan, processing costs and usage charges, then calculate a scenario from your own quotes.
How GlossGenius prices the reviewed offering
Compare the beauty plan that includes the required tools, not only the entry subscription. Current pricing places Forms & Waivers in Gold, while Standard lists packages and memberships. Medspa and aesthetics offerings are separate choices with different scope.
Pricing model: Tiered monthly or annual subscription plus processing
Check current pricing- Beauty versus medspa product scope
- Monthly versus annual billing
- Team size and feature tier
- Online versus in-person processing
- Readers and optional services
Build a like-for-like quote
For independent beauty professionals and salon teams wanting branded booking, customer records, payments and retention tools, a useful budget follows the work you actually perform. Ask each provider to price the same staff count, payment channel and required customer tasks. Include the integrations needed for the complete setup, and keep one-time migration work separate from recurring monthly charges.
- Do customers need instant self-booking or staff approval before confirming the visit?
- Does the chosen beauty plan include the required forms and team controls?
- Do you need client photo records only, or a folder that customers can be allowed to upload into?
Put the KadePay side in the same budget
Choose the applicable KadePay plan and read the complete pricing table. Distinguish terminal and manually entered card rates, appointment usage, session or ticket charges and optional payment methods. Recurring billing and multiple users depend on the plan. Do not compare a card-present rate on one side with an online or manual-entry rate on the other.
If GlossGenius connects to a separate processor, include that processor in its budget. If KadePay uses a processor for your payment setup, include the applicable full payment charges and avoid counting the same charge twice. A software subscription and a transaction processing charge describe different costs.

Compare your own quotes
Enter current quotes for the same payment channel, country and card mix. The example volume is editable; fee fields are deliberately blank. For interchange-plus pricing, use a blended effective rate including interchange, not only the processor markup.
Enter both sets of rates to calculate.
A simple flat-rate worksheet, not an official quote. Excludes taxes, hardware purchases, refunds, disputes, cross-border/currency charges and tiered rate calculations. Add relevant software and usage charges yourself; different fee bases need a separate calculation. Your inputs stay in this page and are not saved.
Before you accept a quote
Some older membership text still says coming soon, while current pricing lists the capability; confirm current terms rather than publishing an absence claim.
Read the qualificationBeauty and medspa/EMR plans should not be treated as identical products or used to imply clinical parity with KadePay.
