Include the integrations needed for the complete setup, and keep one-time migration work separate from recurring monthly charges.

Put the KadePay side in the same budget

Distinguish terminal and manually entered card rates, appointment usage, session or ticket charges and optional payment methods. Recurring billing and multiple users depend on the plan. Do not compare a card-present rate on one side with an online or manual-entry rate on the other.
If Setmore connects to a separate processor, include that processor in its budget. If KadePay uses a processor for your payment setup, include the applicable full payment charges and avoid counting the same charge twice.
