KADEPAY COMPARES / Payments & billing

Stripe costs vs KadePay: plans, fees and usage

Understand Stripe pricing before comparing it with KadePay. Separate the software plan, processing costs and usage charges, then calculate a scenario from your own quotes.

How Stripe prices the reviewed offering

Compare Payments processing with any Billing or Invoicing charges needed for the actual workflow. Payment Links can avoid custom checkout development, but recurring billing, optional features and an application layer can still change the total.

Pricing model: Separate payment and billing product components

Check current pricing
  • Payment method, country and currency
  • Billing or Invoicing product usage
  • Optional custom domain or invoice features
  • Existing negotiated pricing and integration maintenance

Build a like-for-like quote

For service merchants using no-code checkout and businesses building tailored payment or subscription experiences, a useful budget follows the work you actually perform. Ask each provider to price the same staff count, payment channel and required customer tasks. Include the integrations needed for the complete setup, and keep one-time migration work separate from recurring monthly charges.

  • Do you need a tailored billing integration or ready customer-service workflows?
  • How will a paid subscription translate into actual session entitlements and redemptions?
  • What happens to existing saved methods and agreements during a proposed migration?
Walk through the Stripe business scenario

Put the KadePay side in the same budget

Choose the applicable KadePay plan and read the complete pricing table. Distinguish terminal and manually entered card rates, appointment usage, session or ticket charges and optional payment methods. Recurring billing and multiple users depend on the plan. Do not compare a card-present rate on one side with an online or manual-entry rate on the other.

If Stripe connects to a separate processor, include that processor in its budget. If KadePay uses a processor for your payment setup, include the applicable full payment charges and avoid counting the same charge twice. A software subscription and a transaction processing charge describe different costs.

Your monthly cost worksheet

Compare your own quotes

Enter current quotes for the same payment channel, country and card mix. The example volume is editable; fee fields are deliberately blank. For interchange-plus pricing, use a blended effective rate including interchange, not only the processor markup.

Enter both sets of rates to calculate.

A simple flat-rate worksheet, not an official quote. Excludes taxes, hardware purchases, refunds, disputes, cross-border/currency charges and tiered rate calculations. Add relevant software and usage charges yourself; different fee bases need a separate calculation. Your inputs stay in this page and are not saved.

Before you accept a quote

KadePay is listed as a Stripe partner, so a comparison must disclose that it can complement Stripe rather than imply independent payment rails.

Read the qualification

Confirm the renewal period, location or staff limits, optional add-ons and any migration work. Ask the provider to demonstrate the exact workflow in your quote. An advertised starting price is not a promise that every feature or every payment method is included.

Questions before you choose

Is Stripe cheaper than KadePay?

That depends on the plan, processing contract, payment channel, volume and usage. Compare Payments processing with any Billing or Invoicing charges needed for the actual workflow. Payment Links can avoid custom checkout development, but recurring billing, optional features and an application layer can still change the total.

Does the worksheet use official Stripe rates?

No. Enter your current quotes or statement-derived rates. The worksheet shows a simple monthly scenario and excludes charges listed below the form.
